UNSCRIPTED – FLORA & BRUCE MCLEAN
Unscripted is a new exhibition bringing together internationally renowned artist Bruce McLean and fashion designer, artist daughter Flora McLean. This collaboration gives a rare insight into their studio and creative process, a Terra-Art Project.
This unique collaboration between Bruce McLean and his daughter, Flora is influenced by the extraordinary breadth of ideas that come out of their shared West London studio.
The exhibition brings together a selection of finished works set against the drawings, sketchbooks, magazines, photos, catalogues and other pieces of studio work and materials that inform their practice. Offering a greater understanding of their creative process and tracing what goes into the process of making. Recreating the atmosphere of studio life, the exhibition will include behind-the-scenes pieces and samples not usually seen in a gallery space, alongside the finished works, in order to engage the visitors with their work.
