The Streets are design-led apartment spaces for modern explorers who want to have a multisensory local experience and still feel like they are home from home.

We might do our own thing, in our own way, but we still, have to sit, behave and function in an industry, a marketplace with other businesses, brands, platforms, and hosts. We need to understand what they are doing so that we know why, when and how we do things and to be sure that we are on target, on brand and en vogue and can have the greatest impact on both the industry and the customers.

CLIENT OBJECTIVE:

  • To create a definitive and cohesive understanding of the Streets brand, where it came from, how it behaves, how it speaks and acts.
  • To create a brand bible that acts as the foundation for future communication, strategy, imagery, tone of voice for internal and external purposes.
  • To strengthen the existing brand and positioning the business for growth in established and  new markets.

SERVICES INCLUDED:

  • Working with the two existing documents; the Brand Essence Strategy and the Brand Guide already produced, Slingshot analysed, collated and  developed  a document  that acts as the Brand Bible and will be  used as the foundation for the overarching business. 
  • Sections of the document will be used for the web development, apartment interior style development and implementation, look and feel of all areas of the business. Sections of the document will be a tool for both B2B and B2C .
  • Slingshot are planning next steps on the project with the internal The Streets team.

OUTCOME:

  • a 130 page Brand Bible presentation deck that includes all branding elements; root strengths, reasons to believe, competitive market, customer insight and positioning, brand alignment, brand focus, tone of voice and communication, creative guidelines for interiors and imagery, social media guide, recommendations and opportunities.
